    HAWQ-357. Track how many times a segment can not get expected contain…

    HAWQ RM will generate WARNING log for each segment that can not get expected quantity
of YARN containers.
    
    "Resource manager detects segment %s hasn't gotten expected quantity of resource containers
for %d times."

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/jiny2/incubator-hawq HAWQ-357-2

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
