    Hawq 271 Remove external python modules

    Remove external python modules. User need to install these python modules by themselves.
    figleaf					BSD
    pg8000					BSD 3-clause license.
    simplejson				MIT License
    yaml				 MIT
    lockfile		OSI Approved :: MIT License
    paramiko		LGPL
    psi				MIT
    pychecker		BSD-like
    unittest2		OSI Approved :: BSD License
    pycrypto		Public domain
    Will update the wiki page to tell user how to install these python modules properly.
    Already ran sanity and mutilnodeparallel tests for the changes.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/radarwave/incubator-hawq HAWQ-271
