Adding the SourceDebugExtensionMockClass to the jpda_tests.jar under the 
hdk makes the ClassPrepareTest pass for me in junit also, so it seems 
this was the cause of the VM_DEATH failures [1].

[1] I just ran:
   ant -Dbuild.module=jpda 
-Dtest.case=org.apache.harmony.jpda.tests.jdwp.MultiSession.ClassPrepareTest 
test
to check and got "BUILD SUCCESSFUL" and the test report looks clean.
