FYI there is a now Windows box available for running Hudson builds.

I've set it up with a Harmony build and test job [1].  As you will see
the job is failing at the moment, since it tries to pick up the
(non-existent) redistributable MSCRT files.

I'll change the build scripts to download the files from another
location, rather than go looking for them on the developer's machine.
