I did not say that; I just said that I used 1.7.1.

I've not tried with Ant 1.7.0.

It does not work with Ant 1.6.0 - Class
org.apache.tools.ant.taskdefs.ConditionTask doesn't support the "else"
attribute.

It works for me with Ant 1.6.5.
