Hi, Chunrong

I'm not sure if the "Missed Project Entry" or "Duplicate Project
Entry" should be handled by VM. What if we add a Class-path to RI's
manifest of rt.jar? If RI does not have this problem, we probably need
to raise a separate thread discussing how to impl it in VM.
