According to the spec, the return value is just a hint and just imply
the potential buffered behvior.
Furthermore, our harmony implementation does not support it in windows
platform, it will only reutrn false.
I have no objection to removing them from the testcase, since the
behavior is not guarranteed from the spec.

Could someone help me to remove it ? And i will close the jira.
