VisualStudio 2003 is the suggested windows build, so that may give you
trouble. Others may have had more luck, but I've only ever built with

As for the Ant scripts, I've never run them in Eclipse, so I don't
know how well that works or doesn't work. Try running the federated
build from the top-level.

* ant build -Dauto.fetch=true
