standard should be checked out as an external dependency. go to
E:\Harmony_SVN\working_classlib\modules\concurrent\ and run "svn up".

If you still have no standard folder, could you please show me the
output of "svn pg svn:externals
E:\Harmony_SVN\working_classlib\modules\concurrent\" ?
