Not the sort of hint that you can take to the bank though.  TCKs, like
any other suite, test a particular binary build.  In this case the
Harmony code is running on the IBM J9 VM, alongside some IBM code and
some Sun code etc.  There are no guarantees that the Harmony code will
behave the same way when run in a Harmony binary.

In the world of TCKs, if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck,
then it still is not a duck until the Duck Inspector says so :-)
