it looks like cheating :)

The problem is in the following css statement:
=== screen.css ===
#harmonyLogo {
    float: left;
}
=== screen.css ===

If you will remove it or change to "text-align: left" everything will
work ok without banner. But banner is moved to the left if it is
exist...
So I think that we should play with this properties a little.
