Ilya,

Currently, jdk/bin/java wrapper is generated by samsa module in
jdktools, not by launcher module. As long as launcher module which
creates jdk/jre/bin/java is located in classlib tree, the current
picture corresponds to your suggestion. I think this is a right
solution.
