Yes, but I get the feeling we're getting a growing list of localized  
issues by platform, and local exclude lists prevent us from having a  
complete view what's wrong.

I wonder if it would be useful to add a platform exclude file too -  
that way, we remove the need for user-managed platform-specific CC  
hacking, and anyone in the community can look and see what's broken
