Seems, it depend on svn. My svn is not support '--non-interactive' option
(file trunk\build\make\build.xml, line 323) and report 2 lines to output
"svn: invalid option: --nonineractive
Type 'svn help' for usage."
that seems to be used to convert 'version_svn_tag_orig.h' to
'version_svn_tag.h'
