jpeg uses its own licence. It generally says that you can use it in
any way in any type of project. But do not forget to add a link to IJG
site.

Libpng uses its own licence too. But this license is specified as
Apache authorized license.
Little cms also uses Apache authorized licence: MIT licence.

So the answer for libpng and lcms is: yes we can redistribute them in
source and binary form. Just like zlib.

And jpeg probably should be approved by Apache legal. But the answer
will be probably the same...
