Yes. Agreed.

As Mikhail and Tim suggested, lets get a list of the failures, the
reasons, and deal with them as they come.  It's drudge work, but we need
to be sure our implementation not only passes the TCK, but also works
like users expect, which sadly includes oddities of the RI.
