google for gcj for mingw32, mohan has a 4.0.2 build of gcj for windows. 
if you are looking at javaws, you should try netx and rolling you own
gcj from CVS head. anecdotary evidence suggests that's starting to work,
though anecdotary evidence is rare for windows in particular.

further questions should go to more appropriate places, like the gcj
mailing lists, please. It's unlikely that many gcj developers will be
able to help you if you ask your questions about one project in another
one. :)
