I have verified the JIRA. It works fine. I examined the packaging that was followed. Made a minor change to the "Resources" packaging notation to match the folder paths.

003_ HARMONY_6618.patch - Patch that shows the changed packaging notations
Dependency.jar - Jar that is to be replaced in the following path 

jdktools\modules\jdktools\src\test\resources

Kindly apply this and I will verify and close this JIRA.
