Ray Chen updated HARMONY-6493:
------------------------------

    Attachment: Harmony6493-v3.diff

Hi Mark, how about this patch?
The familiar author's article helps a lot :)

At first I used "server.socket().bind(null);" it works well for both linux and windows onHarmony,
but for RI, it failed on windows platform while pass on linux platform. I guess it is RI's
bug.

Anyway I changed the way to bind a address for server so that this test case can pass on both
harmony and RI.

Any comments are welcome.

Thanks!
