[classlib] Make JARs available to (central) Maven repository

                 Key: HARMONY-6546
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HARMONY-6546
             Project: Harmony
          Issue Type: Wish
Components: build - test - ci, Classlib
            Reporter: Andreas Sewe
            Priority: Minor

Occasionally, one wants to compile and test an application against different JREs. (Doing
this exposed HARMONY-6533, for example.) In the Java world, alas, this is quite difficult
as the JRE's JARs are typically not available in a central (Maven) repository - in stark contrast
to the majority of libraries out there. It would thus be great if the Harmony project would
make the JRE's JARs available to Maven central. (With appropriate qualifiers, of course, if
the JARs differ across operating systems.)

P.S.: If the OSGi bundles are already available in a publicly-available p2 repository, consider
this issue semi-closed; Maven can interface with p2.
