Missing header under FreeBSD 7.2

                 Key: HARMONY-6454
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HARMONY-6454
             Project: Harmony
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Classlib
Environment: FreeBSD 7.2 with GCC 4.2.1, Ant 1.8.0, and Diablo JDK (hosting Java
            Reporter: Mark Eschbach

While attempting to compile the subversion revision 912317 checked out, I received compiler
warnings regarding a missing function declaration for the function writev(fd,iovc, iovcnt)
under FreeBSD 7.2. Compilation of the class library ceased as a result of the warnings.
While looking up a fix for the source, I found under FreeBSD (at least 7.2) the function prototype
resides in <sys/uio.h>. Added the header definition and compiled fine.
