Subject [jira] Updated: (HARMONY-6423) [classlib][luni]File.getAbsolutePath() return different value with RI
Date Tue, 19 Jan 2010 07:02:54 GMT

Li Jing Qin updated HARMONY-6423:
---------------------------------

    Attachment: HARMONY-6423.diff

This is a workaround on the java side.

1. compare the path's volume and user.dir's volume.
2. if same, just remove the path volume and append it to the user.dir
3. if not same, just add seperator between the volume and path element.

> Suppose you are on the D:\tmpdir\ and start java.
> File f = new File ("C:tmp");
> f.getAbsolutePath() should return C:\\tmp
> f = new File("D:tmp");
> f.getAbsolutePath() should return D:\tmpdir\tmp
