Math.min fails when comparing doubles and floats with the same values
----------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: HARMONY-6268
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HARMONY-6268
             Project: Harmony
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Classlib
         Environment: all
            Reporter: Catherine Hope

Math.min always returns "-0.0" when comparing doubles and floats of the same value. This
is a regression since revision 788021 "Minor optimization suggested by Ian on HARMONY-6242
(Math.max(double, double) gives wrong answer when Math.max(-0.0d, 0.0d))".

testcase:
assertEquals(1.0, Math.min( 1.0 , 1.0 )); // gives expected:<1.0> but was:<-0.0>
assertEquals(1.0f, Math.min( 1.0f , 1.0f )); // again, gives expected:<1.0> but was:<-0.0>

Math.max doesn't fail in this way.
