Oliver Deakin commented on HARMONY-6273:
----------------------------------------

I just ran the following on Windows x86 federated build:

import java.net.InetAddress;
class Test {
    public static void main(String[] args) throws Exception {
        InetAddress.getByName("0.0.0.0 ");
    }
}

and it completes without any exception/error. Running the same test against IBM Java 5 and
6 completes without any exception also, so we match behaviour there. It looks like this is
a unix only difference.

> I noticed that the regression test for HARMONY-946 fails on RI with an UnknownHostException.
  It should fail on the Harmony too because there is a space at the end of the 0.0.0.0 string.
 We should fix this bug and fix the regression test.
