[classlib][prefs] StringTokenizer is discouraged in AbstractPreferences

                 Key: HARMONY-6166
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HARMONY-6166
             Project: Harmony
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Classlib
    Affects Versions: 5.0M9
            Reporter: Jim Yu
             Fix For: 5.0M10

As spec mentioned, "StringTokenizer is a legacy class that is retained for compatibility reasons
although its use is discouraged in new code. It is recommended that anyone seeking this functionality
use the split method of String or the java.util.regex package instead. " I made a patch to
replace the usage of StringTokenizer with String.split method.
