Sian January resolved HARMONY-5934.
-----------------------------------

    Resolution: Won't Fix
      Assignee: Sian January

As discussed on the dev list, we have decided not to support this mode of operation in Harmony
for now.  See http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/harmony-dev/200811.mbox/%3cfc2fc95c0811180600o42491baejd01941e19691873f@mail.gmail.com%3e
for discussion.

> Not all consumers of Harmony classes will have org.apache.harmony.* classes on the bootclasspath.
To help these consumers, calls to loadLibrary should be wrapped in an AccessController.doPrivileged(){}
- which, unless I'm mistaken, isn't being done here.
> This patch wraps the call.
