Actually r599482 was corrected with r599482 and r599519 (latter commit affects uncompressed mode only).

But now yet another bug related to r599482 is known - HARMONY-5243.
This bug appears in server mode, and leads to hang.

The patch for HARMONY-5243 is now committed in r600979.
Could you please try this revision?
