stress.Stack leads to SOE in runtime helpers on all platforms. Runtime exceptions don't supported
in runtime helpers (exclude magic helpers), so stress.Stack leads to unprocessed sigsegv on
all platforms. As result test is excluded on all platforms now and is not x86-64 specific.
