Eugene S. Ostrovsky commented on HARMONY-5188:
----------------------------------------------

Class load event is not sent because it could be sent only during start or live phases. Runnable
interface (and some other classes) is loaded in Primordial phase.
However VM has a code that stores classes loaded in primordial phase to special container
in order to report corresponding class load events in the beginning of Start phase. This code
doesn't work since recent changes in event processing code.

BTW. I'm not sure that VM should report classes loaded in primordial phase. I have not seen
such requirement in the specs.

> The following tests fail:
> vm.jvmti.funcs.IsInterface.IsInterface0101.IsInterface0101
> vm.jvmti.funcs.IsInterface.IsInterface0102.IsInterface0102
> vm.jvmti.funcs.IsInterface.IsInterface0103.IsInterface0103
> The reason of failure is that these tests expect java/lang/Runnable interface to be reported
in JVMTI_EVENT_CLASS_LOAD event.
> However VM doesn't produce such event for this interface.
