[classlib] [nio_char] comparisons that are always true
------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: HARMONY-4959
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HARMONY-4959
             Project: Harmony
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Classlib
         Environment: gcc 4.2
            Reporter: Mark Hindess
            Priority: Minor

When compiling classlib with "gcc-4.2 -Wall" I get the following warnings:

../shared/additional/GB18030.c:1250: warning: comparison is always true due to limited range
of data type
../shared/additional/GB18030.c:1281: warning: comparison is always true due to limited range
of data type

Hopefully someone who knows this code better than I do will take a look at them.
