Subject [jira] Updated: (HARMONY-5001) [buildtest][eut] use custome TMP and HOME for EUT
Date Tue, 23 Oct 2007 13:13:51 GMT

Vladimir Beliaev updated HARMONY-5001:
--------------------------------------

             Component/s: build - test - ci
    Estimated Complexity: Moderate
             Description:
It corresponds to #5 in root JIRA, i.e.:

M3 issues with EUT indicated the dependencies of EUT results from setting of TMP and HOME
variables. This question should be clarified. May be EUT adaptors should be updated to create
and specify these TMP and HOME directories.

I've double checked - it looks the following settings in tests/eut/eut.properties do not help:

     user.home=<tmp home>
     java.io.tmpdir=<tmp tmp>

So I think these settings should also be done in generated eut.run.properties (where one specifies
already J2SE-5.0, jvm, etc).

Thanks
Vladimir Beliaev
