With new EUT summary reporter (HARMONY-4807) the BTI always reports PASSED for eut... Which is good in general but does not correspond to real status.

The cause of issue is that the old summary reporter also used <fail> ant target is the failure message was detected during passing.

The proposed solution is make Java-program to return non-0 code if unexpected failures/errors/crashes are detected and check the this return code in <java> tag in tests/eut/build.xml.

I'm going to implement this ASAP.
