[test][harness][build] can't build test harness due to lack of junit.jar

                 Key: HARMONY-4797
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HARMONY-4797
             Project: Harmony
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Pavel Ozhdikhin
            Priority: Minor

I've checked out the testing tools located at http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/harmony/enhanced/buildtest/branches/2.0/tests/tools
and trying to build the harness. The harness/readme.txt tells there should be 'junit' dir
in the harness but there is no such dir.

The structure and content of the package is as follows:

            +-docs    - Documentation
            +-junit - Sources for the JUnit compatibility <- this dir is absent
            +-org     - Test Harness sources

The build also fails complaining to lack of junit packages during the compilation:

Buildfile: build.xml

    [javac] Compiling 119 source files to C:\users\pozhdikh\drlvm\tools\th.dest
    [javac] C:\users\pozhdikh\drlvm\tools\harness\org\apache\harmony\harness\jtests\ConfigIRTest.java:25:
package junit.framework does not exist
    [javac] import junit.framework.TestCase;
    [javac]                        ^
    [javac] C:\users\pozhdikh\drlvm\tools\harness\org\apache\harmony\harness\jtests\ConfigIRTest.java:27:
cannot find symbol
    [javac] symbol: class TestCase
    [javac] public class ConfigIRTest extends TestCase {
