Hi Tim,

Sorry - it looks like I do have quite an old version.  Actually the fix in the repository
is fine, it does return the default listener from getExceptionListener() (which is what the
RI does), it is just only using one variable wheras my implementation used two (see line 469).
 Hope that makes sense.  

I think this issue can be marked as fixed.  Thanks for looking at it.
