[classlib][luni] Locale("no", "NO").getDisplayLanguage() returns upper-case value instead of
lower-case if localized for Norwegian locale
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: HARMONY-4402
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HARMONY-4402
             Project: Harmony
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Classlib
            Reporter: Elena Sayapina
            Priority: Trivial

Locale("no", "NO").getDisplayLanguage() returns upper-case value instead of lower-case for
Norwegian language if localized for Norwegian locale.

"Norwegian" on Norwegian language is written as lower-case "norsk".

Please, consider the following simple code:

import java.util.Locale;

public class languageNameTest {

	public static void main(String[] args) {
		 Locale locale = new Locale("no", "NO");
		 Locale.setDefault(locale);
		 System.out.println(locale.getDisplayLanguage());
	}
}

Output on Harmony-r552422:

as applicable.
java version "1.5.0"
pre-alpha : not complete or compatible
svn = r552422, (Jul  2 2007), Windows/ia32/msvc 1310, release build
