Vladimir, I think the Federation* tests for RMI provider should be excluded because, as mentioned
in the test, RMI provider does not support federation.

It's ok to pass String objects to the bind method because the first parameter is a composite
name that means that the object should be bound using object factories. This behavior is not
supported by RMI provider.
