    Description: 
There are known issues in reliability tests, reltestsfix.zip fixes the following ones: 
1. exec - fixed minor issue (redirected output to work dir, created dir check, incorrect lines ends on HY, redirected logs to log.add)
2. AddRmShtdwnHooksTest - added IAE check
3. RecursiveTest - decreased threads number parameter (to avoid stress conditions), removed useless threads creation which forced stress conditions in the test
4. Added final  version of DekkerTest which is in H-2918
5. NetClient - fixed issue related to situation when some local port is busy and test failed, attached right auxiliary file
6. FileChannelMapTest - added file channel close 
7. run.xml - implemented jvm.under.test property check
