Harmony implementation of BufferedWriter.close()  calls the flush() method on the underlying
writer. RI does not.

To reproduce the issue please run the attached test.

Harmony output:
flush
close
a

RI output:
close
a

Affected tests: 
functional/org/apache/harmony/test/func/api/java/io/BufferedWriter/BufferedWriterTest.xml
