[java][security]java.security.Provider.toString() should not include the provider information

                 Key: HARMONY-3734
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HARMONY-3734
             Project: Harmony
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Leo Li
            Priority: Minor

As spec says, the java.security.Provider.toString() returns a string with the name and the
version number of this provider. But not with info of it.

Here is a testcase:
class TestProvider extends Provider {
		TestProvider(String name, double version, String info) {
			super(name, version, info);

public void test_toString()
    TestProvider provTest = new TestProvider("provTest", 1.2,"contains nothings, purely for
testing the class");
    assertEquals("provTest version 1.2", provTest.toString());

RI passes.
Harmony fails.
