Minor comment: I run the suite under CC and see a lot of notifications about suite failure.
I think the suite should be configured in similar way to the current infra: a notification
with failure status shouldn't be send twice.
IOW, if the previous run failed the next build should send notification only if it passed
(and vice versa)
