Also exclude list were unified: "common.interm" exclude was added.
Now the exclude files have following structure:
Failed tests:
 common.exclude - failed over all platforms tests
 exclude.platform - failed over specific platform tests

Intermittently failed tests:
 common.interm - intermittently failed over all platforms tests
 exclude.platform.interm - intermittently failed over specific platform tests
