Hi Vladimir. 
As far as I understand after applying your patch "ant test" will be running all intermittently
failing tests that were exclude before. So Harmony developers could see (a lot of) new failures
that can be unexpected for them. Shouldn't we change the default behavior to exclude intermittent
failures by default or at least write an alert to dev@harmony?
