Roman S. Bushmanov commented on HARMONY-3215:
---------------------------------------------

This simple testcase reproduces the problem.

Harmony prints "1" while BEA JRockit(R) 1.5.0_03 prints "-1".

----------------------- Test.java ----------------------
import java.text.Collator;
import java.util.Locale;

public class Test{
    public static void main(String[] args){
        Collator collator = Collator.getInstance(Locale.US);
        System.out.println(collator.compare("ab","a-b"));
    }
}
------------------------------------------------------------

> The problem was identified while running Eclipse on Harmony JRE.
> Eclipse uses java.text.Collator to sort items in different views, for example projects
list in Import Existing Project Wizard. As result project names may appear in different orders
when Eclipse runs on Harmony and RI.
