I agree, looks like this is a non-bug diff, and throwing a CannotUndoException/CannotRedoException
instead of ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException is reasonable.

However, throwing an exception is sure necessary in both undoTo() and redoTo() methods.

I'll provide a patch soon.
