[drlvm][fastcc]Fast calling convention for IA-32
------------------------------------------------

                 Key: HARMONY-2994
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HARMONY-2994
             Project: Harmony
          Issue Type: New Feature
          Components: DRLVM
            Reporter: Alex Astapchuk

Attached is implementation of register-based calling convention (DRLFast) for DRLVM/Jitrino
on IA-32.

By default, the new convention is off and the old good calling convention is used for managed
code.

To turn the DRLFast on, the new switch is introduced: 'java -Xcc:drlfast' (only meaningful
on IA-32).
Please refer to 'java -X' online help for more details and for DRLFast tuning options.

Please note: DRLFast is not yet supported in Jitrino.JET, will come up later.

Comments and suggestions are welcome.
For easier reviewing, the patch is cut by te modules affected.

Tested with 'build test' and it passed on Win2003 and SuSE9/ia32.
