Ok, the attached Test does show behavior described in JIRA and this behavior does differ from
RI one.

So, one of the reason to apply this change is avoiding "non-bug-difference".

Another reason it that author of System.java originally used BufferedOutputStream for "optimization"
reason, still the issues in VM shutdown/finalization process forced author to get rid of buffering
temporally. Now it can be retuned back.

I've renewed patch (attached) & checked the updated version w/ "build test" and "Eclipse
Hello World" application (EHWA) on Windows/IA34 - works fine.
