The following test behaives on RI as expected but fails in IBM VME

------------------ MySecurityManager.java ----------------
import java.security.Permission;
public class MySecurityManager extends SecurityManager {
    public void checkPermission(Permission perm) {
    }
}
------------------ test.java ----------------
public class test {
    public static void main(String[] av) throws Exception {
        System.out.println(System.getSecurityManager().getClass().getName());
    }
}

$java -Djava.security.manager=MySecurityManager test
