[drlvm][jit][ia32/intel64]A few constraints handling improvements in codegen

                 Key: HARMONY-3041
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HARMONY-3041
             Project: Harmony
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: DRLVM
            Reporter: Vyacheslav Shakin

The changes introduce the following improvements:

Before the patch, the 1- and 2- bytes copying was performed only through the memory and the
patch fixes the problem.

ConstraintsResolver now takes into account calls in cold blocks and splits operands around
such calls which improves constraints imposed on such operands and leaves more freedom for
register allocator.

Also, a number of parameters introduced to ConstraintResolver which allows more tuning. Please
refer to the ConstraintsResolver help for more details.

'build test' passed on both Windows2003/IA-32 and SuSE Linux/IA-32.
