[drlvm][jit][opt] Division of -Double.MIN_VALUE by 0 returns NaN but -Infinity expected

                 Key: HARMONY-2729
                 URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HARMONY-2729
             Project: Harmony
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: DRLVM
            Reporter: Nikolay Sidelnikov

Division of a nonzero finite value by a zero results in a signed infinity

Code for reproducing:
public class Test {
    public static void main(String argv[]) {
        double min = Double.MIN_VALUE;
        System.out.println(-min / 0);

Seems like icc 9.00 problem. This error is reproducible only on release icc
build. g++ builds and debug icc build pass the test
