javax.swing.JTextField.getScrollOffset() returns 5 while RI returns 0.
Compatibility issue.

Code for reproducing:
import junit.framework.TestCase;
import javax.swing.*;

public class Test extends TestCase {       
    public void testcase1() {
        JTextField s = new JTextField();
        assertEquals(0, s.getScrollOffset());
    }
}

Output on Sun 1.5
